Clinical Team

Staci - Treatment/New Patient Coordinator:

I have been in the orthodontic field since 1992 and have been with Dr. Elvebak since 2005. I am very outgoing, friendly, and love meeting new people. My favorite thing about orthodontics is that you can build long-term relationships with the families. My husband and I are happily married with two kids, Dylan and Kalyn. In addition to my family at home, I feel I have a wonderful family at Elvebak Orthodontics.

Mitzi - Clinical Coordinator/Assistant:

I have been in the orthodontic field since 1999 and I have worked for Dr. Elvebak since 2004. I am happily married and we have been truly blessed with our wonderful son, Braeden. We live in Caddo Mills and love spending our free time with family and friends.

Katelyn - Media Relations Specialist/Assistant:

I grew up in Ohio and moved to Texas in 2012 with my husband, Abe. I am obsessed with my two maltipoo puppies, Jett and Kiki. Outside of work I enjoy spending time outdoors and hanging out with friends. I have been working in the orthodontic field since 2010. My favorite thing about working as an orthodontic assistant is seeing patients get excited about their smiles after they have completed their treatment.

Rachel - Assistant:

I have been in the orthodontic field since 2003. I love helping create beautiful smiles every day. My two dogs, Rusty and Zoe, are my everything and I love to spoil them (maybe a little too much)! My favorite thing to do in my free time is spend time with my friends and family, but I also love shopping, dancing and traveling.

Whitnee - Assistant:

I have been in the orthodontic field since 2009 and absolutely love working with kids! I have a son named Witten, who keeps me VERY busy. In my spare time I love hanging out with friends and family, cook, travel, and watch sports. GO COWBOYS! GO MAVS! GO RANGERS! and WRECK 'EM TECH!

Courtney - Assistant:

Since I started working for Dr. Elvebak, I have grown to love the field of orthodontics even more. I absolutely love being able to make people smile. In my free time I enjoy taking care of my dog, Honey, and working out! 

Jessica - Assistant:

I was born and raised in Texas. Having been in the orthodontic field since 2005, I love meeting new people and seeing their smiling faces. My husband Oscar and I have been blessed with our two handsome boys, Noah and Abel. On the weekends we love spending time with friends and family. I'm very happy to be a part of such an amazing team here at Elvebak Orthodontics.  

Sarah - Assistant:

I have been in the dental field since 2009. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. My favorite thing about being an assistant is creating relationships with each and every patient.

Ashley - Records Coordinator:

Working as the records coordinator at Elvebak Orthodontics, I love having the opportunity to be the first person to greet our new patients when they walk through the door. Getting to know all of our patients is something that I truly value about working in the dental field. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family, going to the movies, and fishing! 

Administrative Team

Kathi - Office Manager:

I have been working with Dr. Elvebak since 2004 as the Office Manager. I oversee the daily operations of our office as well as the human resources. My goal is to ensure that each visit to Elvebak Orthodontics is WONDERFUL! I am a native of California but have lived in Texas for 18 years. I am married, have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with my family, dancing and a good laugh. Please feel free to contact me with any concerns about our office that you may have.

Laci - Financial Coordinator:

I have been in the orthodontic world since 1997 and have been enjoying it ever since! Being able to build relationships with our patients and seeing their new smiles is my favorite part of my job. I started with Dr. Elvebak in 2006 as an assistant and transitioned to his financial coordinator in 2008. I absolutely love working at Elvebak Orthodontics. I am married to my best friend and wonderful husband, Justin. We have a chihuahua, Bailie. We enjoy traveling, watching English Premier League (soccer), music and trying new things together.

Marissa - Scheduling/Marketing Coordinator:

I was born and raised in Texas. My husband and I are blessed with a son, Joshua, and a baby girl, Avery. In my free time I love being outdoors with my family and shopping. Being in the dental field is something I have wanted since I was in elementary school. My favorite part about my job is getting to meet new people everyday.
